Kennedy Real Estate Management came to the Branning Group to have their web site revamped and changed to better their customer service as well as making the site better for the employees. When the site was finished the company had more options for things they could do to the site.
The Branning Group was asked to create an inventory management system which allowed Kennedy Real Estate Management to have multiple pictures for each one of the homes they offered. This not only helped the company keep track of their inventory but it allows the customers to see the homes they offer. Along with the inventory management system the Branning Group created a customer management system that could keep track of all of the inquiries and credit reports from each customer.
Kennedy Real Estate Management also wanted their home page changed so that they would be able to advertise the latest home that they wanted to sell. The Branning Group made it so that the customers would be drawn to look at those ads to help benefit Kennedy Real Estate Management. The Branning Group was able to add a search feature that allowed the customers to search the company’s inventory for the specific home that they were looking for. The customer was also able to fill out and submit a credit application as well as request a call from a Real Estate Agent. These features helped Kennedy Real Estate Management with sales and keeping track of their homes.
