Hunter Dickinson, Inc. came to the Branning Group with a big project. They needed all ten of their web site re-designed and built up from scratch. Each site was built to meet a specific need that Hunter Dickinson, Inc. was looking for, that is they needed the site to attract investors.

In order to attract the right types of people to each one of the web sites the Branning Group took three things into consideration. The first thing was to make the sites look very clean. This approach made each site look professional as well as easy to navigate. The sites were then able to reach the groups of people that they were intended to meet. The second thing that was taken into consideration was being able to use a robust toolset so that making dynamic changes to the sites would be easier. This was another way to make the sites more appealing to the investors that were being targeted.  Lastly there were custom features that were requested, mainly a feature to receive stock quotes. The Branning Group made each site fit these three main guidelines as well as building each site around the Marqui infrastructure.
